We will accept postage paid returns within 15 days of purchase after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in original packaging in new condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund the purchase price less all shipping costs - some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that some limited items such as underwear, Custom Order Items and swim wear are not returnable.
We are happy to assist you with exchanges made within 15 days. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.

Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to all purchases shipped to a California address.
We normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase.
If purchasing multiple items please wait until you complete your shopping to make one payment - that is the only way to be sure that you receive the advantage of combined packaging/shipping rates. You may add items to your cart on our site and then make payment for all items once you have finished.
Most shipments within the United States ship via Priority Mail. Some smaller items may ship via First Class Mail. You may choose to upgrade to Express Mail at check out.
Most International Shipments ship dhl or Express Mail. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees/duties imposed by their country.
Orders normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment - often the next day.
All shipping prices include insurance.
Please note that the seller cannot guarantee delivery times on International shipments. We have no control what so ever on how long Foreign Government Agencies take to process packages once they are in their hands. International Shipments "usually" arrive within 15 working days but have been known upon occasion to take much longer. We do insure all shipments. International Customers are responsible for any/all Customs Fees / Duty / Taxes imposed by their Government on incoming shipments. We list the actual item price on Customs Forms.
